Narmin

Founder and Head Nurse Injector Narmin completed her nursing diploma in Ontario. Narmin began her career in mental health and Emergency. She loved helping patients feel better on the inside and decided to blend this passion with her aesthetic eye to make others feel better on the outside. She began her injecting career shortly after in 2019 - using her entrepreneurial skills, establishing her very first clinic in 2020. and has been a staple name in the industry ever since. Nurse Narmin has trained with many industry leaders all over the globe, Narmin specializes in Lips, Chin, Cheeks, Prp & Botox along with contouring of the face, but loves to achieve a customized treatment plan for each of her clients. Narmin applies just the right combination of artistry, technique and product to give her clients lasting, beautiful results.

Julie Barber

Julie is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner and one of our dedicated Medical Directors and Aesthetic Injectors at Luxe Aesthetic Loft. Dr. Sam Xuan Zong

Dr. Zong completed his family medicine residency at the University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine and received his Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP) in 2015.  Following graduation, he worked for 2 years as a general practitioner in the emergency room of a hospital in rural Saskatchewan.
Throughout his medical training and career, Dr. Zong has always been an attentive and careful physician who has strived to get his patients’ health concerns addressed as optimally and efficiently as possible. This, combined with his keen interest in performing minor outpatient medical procedures, has made it a natural next step for him to pursue additional training in the field of medical aesthetics, where attention to detail and efficiently managing the various tools to achieve a patient’s desired look is paramount.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 72 hours' notice for rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to an additional fee of $52. In other words, your deposit will be withheld. Deposits are nonrefundable. We can Transfer deposits to future bookings if Rescheduled within 72hrs.

What certifications and qualifications do your cosmetic nurses hold?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit, e-transfer, and Luxe Aesthetic Loft gift cards. Payment is due at the time of service. Please contact us if you have specific questions about billing or third-party apps like JaneApp.

We recommend comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, especially if you're receiving injectables, microneedling, or facial treatments. Avoid makeup on the day of your appointment for most skin services unless advised otherwise.
Can I use my own skincare products post-treatment?

Post-treatment care is crucial. We recommend using only gentle, clinic-approved products for the first 48–72 hours following procedures like PRP, microneedling, or Hydrafacials. Some active ingredients (like retinol or acids) may interfere with healing. We'll give you specific aftercare guidance at your visit.
What should I do if I have concerns about my recovery or results?

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. If you notice unusual redness, swelling, or discomfort, please contact us right away. Our team is here to support you through every stage of your treatment and recovery.
What certifications and qualifications do your cosmetic nurses hold?

At Luxe Aesthetic Loft, our cosmetic nurses are all licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) or Nurse Practitioners (NPs) with specialized training in medical aesthetics.
Do you ship the products once they're purchased online?

Unfortunately not. At this time, products are only available for pick up in person
