Expect some redness and warmth in the treatment area. This is a normal response and typically resolves within a few hours to 24 hours. Applying a cool compress or aloe vera gel to the area can help soothe the skin.

Use gentle, fragrance-free skincare for the first 48 hours. Avoid harsh cleansers, exfoliants, active ingredients such as retinol and AHAs, and anything that could further irritate sensitised skin.

Apply SPF 50 daily from the day after treatment onwards. Treated skin is more photosensitive. Langley's UV index rises significantly between April and October. Protect all treated areas that will be exposed to sunlight and reapply throughout the day if you are outdoors.
